Roxton Chapman - President

Rocky is a former professional billiard player, and cue sports coach. He attained a world ranking of 7 in the early 1990's. He resigned his

professional status in 2007 following the collapse of the professional tour, to concentrate on his career. He is a wireless IT expert, and lives

in Cambridgeshire with his wife and two children.

Paul Dunning - Chairman

Paul has been an ever present figure within the amateur game for some 25 years, and has held a number of key posts within the management

of the sport. He is an accomplished international amateur player and coach, known worldwide in cue-sports circles. Outside of the game Paul

is a senior manager with TOTE, and lives in Cheshire.

Gary Norman - General Secretary

Gary has been involved in cue sports for over 25 years as a player, primarily with snooker until taking up billiards for the second time in 2001.

He has held a number of key management positions within cue sports. Away from the game he is a company director, and lives with his wife

in Cambridgeshire.

Phil Mumford - Treasurer

Phil is a former snooker professional turned accomplished amateur billiard player of some 20 years. He has won numerous titles within the

game at all levels, and has held senior management posts in a variety of capacities within the cue sports world. Phil doesn't manage to get

away from the game as such, being the general manager of a successful snooker club in Suffolk where he lives.

Martin Goodwill - Assistant Secretary

Martin has been English Amateur billiards champion five times, and been involved with the game at every level for more than 25 years. He

has immense knowledge of the game and its physics, and is co-founder of englishbilliards.org, an online coaching resource devoted to the

sport. Away from billiards Martin is an airline Captain for BMI, and lives with his wife and two children in Wiltshire.

Steve Lock - Assistant Secretary

Steve is a 'grass roots' player and purist. He has an intellectual and challenging mind, and holds an MSc in Psychology. A care worker

away from the game, he lives in Cambridgeshire.

Rob Hall - Assistant Secretary

Rob is a highly rated amateur billiard player, and former English Amateur runner-up. He regularly represents English at international level,

and is a former U19 national champion. By day Rob helps manage the family Hotel and Conference Centre in Lincolnshire, where he lives.

Jim Leacy

Jim has been involved with cue sports management for over 30 years. He is the current Chairman of the European Billiards & Snooker

Association (EBSA), and a main board member of the International Billiards & Snooker Federation (IBSF), the world governing body. Jim

is also Chairman of the Republic of Ireland Billiards & Snooker Association (RIBSA), his home country's governing body.

Peter Mann

Peter is a professional photographer, and board member of the Austrian Billiards & Snooker Association. He lives in Vienna.
